During this two-hour appointment, we will review your health survey and discuss my expert recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle changes, a supplement program, and actionable steps to improve your wellness. Make sure to fill out the health survey and return it at least 48 hours before your appointment. Whether we meet online or in person, I'm committed to helping you achieve your wellness goals.

Cancellation Policy

If you chose to cancel your appointment for service, you may apply what you paid towards your next appointment as all sales are final. We recommend changing your appointment for another date and time for ease of use rather than cancel.
